TCP1P received a report that organizers did not disclose the integrity incident until after the CTF ended. The linked account documents concerns about challenge access timing and complaint handling.
Potential conflict of interest
Potential conflict of interest: UIGM staff hold regional APTIKOM positions, and UIGM teams have competed in NCS. The overlap warrants disclosure of any roles in challenge setting, judging, or complaint handling; it does not by itself establish misconduct.
Reported phone call
Reporter update received 30 September 2026: In a phone call with a UIGM team member, the reporter says no verifiable explanation was provided. The reporter says the member claimed UIGM Vice Rectors I and II knew of the issue and had told team members to proceed as they chose. UIGM lists Dr. Lastri Widya Astuti as Vice Rector I and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Herri Setiawan as Vice Rector II. Their reported knowledge and response, and the phone account, have not been independently verified.
